Additional costs
The quote identifies what the package includes and which additional charges apply. Confirm transport, venue rental, photography permission, extra hours and team needs before agreeing to the scope; do not assume they are all included in the starting price.
Session scope
Price, duration, group size, location, add-ons, and special requirements follow the scope agreed for your session.
Written confirmation
Before a session date is confirmed, we confirm the details relevant to that booking, including schedule changes, weather, travel, edited results, and gallery access where applicable.

Contact Jia on WhatsApp with the photo or portfolio page URL, intended use, medium, and requested duration. We will confirm permission, credit requirements, and any applicable fees in writing. A request does not itself grant permission. Photo credit does not establish the session location, client identity, or publication consent.
